ROASSensor (“ROASSensor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a unified Return-on-Ad-Spend analytics platform for app developers, mobile game studios, subscription publishers, and performance agencies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, beta program, and product (together, the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account & contact information. When you join the beta waitlist or create an account, we collect your name, email address, company, role, and similar details you provide.

Connected platform data. With your authorization, we read ad spend and revenue metrics from the platforms you connect — campaign, ad set, and creative performance, plus store and subscription revenue.

Usage data. We collect standard product and device telemetry, such as pages viewed, features used, IP address, and browser type, to operate and improve the Service.

We use the information we collect to provide and operate the Service, reconcile spend against revenue into true ROAS, generate recommendations, communicate with you about the beta and product updates, provide support, and keep the Service secure.

We do not sell your personal information or your connected ad and revenue data.

When you connect a platform such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, the App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or Stripe, you authorize ROASSensor to access the metrics needed to compute your ROAS through that platform’s official API.

You control which sources are connected and can disconnect any of them at any time from your workspace settings.

We share information only with service providers who process data on our behalf (such as hosting and analytics), when required by law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition. Any such providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal and connected-platform data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Your spend and revenue data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We apply access controls, monitoring, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.
